
A few days ago I had a long lost friend look me up and tell me he wanted to find a property to fix up and sell. I thought, “well, this should be easy”, as the last time I looked (which was only a few weeks ago) there were several fix up properties available in the Mt Pleasant SC real estate market.
So I started my search and found the number of foreclosure options dwindling. I was lucky enough to spot one in Snee Farm and called the listing agent to find that they had 17 showings scheduled and it was only day 2 on the market.
So what did we do?

There are many Charleston SC Realtors to choose from. Of course, this is not new news to anyone. At one point in the peak of the market, it seemed like every 3rd person I met had a real estate license. I had closings with insurance agents who also sold homes. The mailman even showed a few of my listings. There were Realtors everywhere.
Well, it was a typical Friday that started out quite well. One of my hobbies is catching early morning photos of Downtown Charleston and then sharing them through facebook to whoever really wants to look. It is just my way of saying good morning to the world. The lighting was really nice and I got some good shots.
