Daniel Island SC Real Estate

Daniel Island was developed in the late 1990's and early 2000's and is still growing today. Once inaccessible to Charlestonians because of the lack of access, Daniels Island began to flourish with the building of the bridge now known as the Mark Clark Expressway that connects Mt PLeaant to I-26.

The land was opened up and development plans started to unravel, bringing Charleston a well planned, lowcountry community. There are miles of walking trails that connect several play parks, neighborhoods, pools, restaurants and island space.

There are several neighborhoods on Daniel Island including: Barfield Park, Cochran Park, Etiwan Park and Daniel Island Park.
