Well, the weather is heating up and many people are now gearing up for a fun summertime. At this time of year it is very common to see homes with pools for sale in Charleston SC get snatched up. With this in mind, I have created a group of landing pages on my site that will help people dive right in (excuse the pun) to the search process.
This has proven to be a very effective way to niche advertise homes with pools for sale in Charleston SC. So how did I do it?
I took these steps:
- I looked for a segment of the market that people wanted. Keep in mind, this thought did not come to me in mid January. Of course, living in Charleston I certainly did not think about putting together a group of houses with big hills in the backyard for sled races, as geographically that would be ridiculous. I simply thought about my surroundings, and how I could design this site to be most helpful with as minimal clicks as possible.

- I then built a search page for each area. This took quite a bit of time and effort. In fact, my eyes began to blur after several hours of looking at the screen. I needed a ten minute break. (Excuse that pool pun too)
- I then launched them into the cybersphere. (spell check is telling me that is not even a word...hmm)
I have also branched out and created a variety of other niche pages on my site. Beach houses, horse farms, homes with mother in law suites... all of them can be found at the bottom of the page in the footer. Just sift through the brown marsh grass below. You will see them on any page.
