Even better than selling homes in Charleston SC is getting to meet and help the people that buy them. I have had the pleasure of meeting people from all walks of life and could not imagine a better way to spend my days. I guess you could say that helping people sell and buy homes in Charleston SC is not just my job or even my career, it is my passion.
I have found over the years (and yes I am sounding old by using those words), that there are so many reasons buyers start their search for homes in Charleston SC. Either a need to relocate for retirement, a new job with Boeing Charleston, a growing family with a new member on the way, or by just a simple admiration of the area from a distance; the reasons to start searching for homes in Charleston SC are all very different.
I also help many homeowners sell their homes in Charleston SC. This again is very rewarding for me. The industry is very competitive. When a client calls me out of the blue it makes my day. When a past client refers a friend to me, it makes my year! There are so many Realtors to choose from and when someone singles ME out to say they need MY help, it means more than simple words on a page can describe.
While the people and reasons for moving all are unique, the common thread that we all share is that we get a chance to know each other, to become friends and we get to share in the excitement of a major life transition and a change for the better.
Many of my clients are very kind to share their experiences after I help them buy their homes in Charleston SC by writing a reference letter. This is the ultimate form of flattery for me, as when I meet new buyers and sellers, it sometimes sounds like a sales pitch when I have to share with them how I work each day. If a past client is gracious enough (and has the time and desire) to share their experiences we had when selling or buying homes in Charleston SC, it gives others the ability to peer in from the outside for a glimpse into how I approach selling homes in Charleston SC. This breaks down barriers and makes my job easier moving forward, which I certainly appreciate more than those who wrote the letters will ever know.
With today’s internet use and the need to save paper for the environment, I decided to try and make it easy for people to comment on their experiences after we have worked together to share their comments. I know this is starting to run on, but my words simply are not enough to convey how much I am thankful for my clients and for the new friends I have made by selling homes in Charleston SC.
Please feel free to read or leave any comments below and once again, thank you again for calling me with questions and with your request for help! And thank you for helping me do what I love, selling homes in Charleston SC.

I’m not just a Realtor who helps you buy or sell a home—I’m your neighbor, your advocate, and your trusted guide through every step of the real estate journey and beyond.
My roots in the Lowcountry run deep. My parents met and married in Beaufort, SC, and though I’ve traveled the world and lived in many places, Charleston is where I’ve chosen to call home. Moving back to the Lowcountry to be near family reminded me just how special this place is. I became a Realtor in 2019, and I’m proud to be part of the Nat Wallen Real Estate Team at eXp Realty, LLC.
We’ve created some of the best real estate videos in the industry to help you get to know the Charleston area. Check out our YouTube channel for in-depth insights on the region. Whether you’re buying or selling, we’re here to answer your questions so you can make confident, informed decisions—without regrets.
As your Realtor, I do more than just open doors. I help you understand how a house can become a home that truly fits your lifestyle. And when it’s time to sell, I don’t just stick a sign in your yard—I work with you every step of the way, crafting a marketing strategy that gets results.
Because home isn’t just where you live—it’s where you build your life. LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE.
