We encourage homeowners who “may” want to move and are not in a hurry to join the Quiet List. It is not a published list. It is a quiet agreement that does not place your property in the public’s eye in any way. If you decide that selling right away is best for you and your family, then a more traditional approach is recommended.

Regardless, it starts with a friendly consultation to tell you the current market value of your home based on reasonable comps.
