It was a Friday.  Selling Homes in Charleston SC.

Homes in Charleston SCHi! I am Nat Wallen and I am a Realtor who sells homes in Charleston SC. I am writing this blog for selfish reasons. I plan to document my real estate activities so one day when Hollywood is looking for the next hit show on HGTV, when they are scouring the thousands of blog pages out there looking for an agent that sells homes in Charleston SC, when they are looking for something unique, something so interesting, so complete with content and from a point of view never before seen in a reality show, they will discover me. What happens next you may ask?

My phone rings.

Hollywood then proceeds to:

  • Make me an offer.
  • We negotiate for a few weeks.
  • We finally pen a deal.
  • I retain distribution rights and 90% control of the content.
  • The show will start syndicating in over 34 countries worldwide.
  • I get full dental insurance and a hefty per diem.

One can only dream right? Okay, I know what you are thinking. This guy is delusional, in the clouds. La la land… Nat Wallen will never become a reality tv star selling homes in Charleston SC. Fine. You may be right. Okay, let me get serious then.

Actually, I am writing this blog because my days can take me to places that I would never expect when meeting people at their homes in Charleston SC.

Take yesterday for example. A typical day. Up at 6:00 am, I walk Murphy (my 78 pound labradoodle), get back for some breakfast, out the door by 07:15 to drop my oldest off at first grade and then I am on my way into town. Traffic is starting to build, yet I still arrive at my office by 07:45. I make some phone calls to follow up with people I plan to help by selling their homes in Charleston SC.

By 10:00 I am out the door again because someone asked me to evaluate their homes in Charleston SC value, as they plan to sell.

I arrive at an undisclosed location,  (sorry, I will update this later and let you know all about it when I start marketing it) to a beautiful Charleston single style on a really unique piece of property with incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway. A tenant lives in the property from another country. He obviously loves this homes in Charleston SC charm and convenience to town.

I find that he has a really clean, well kept household and lives in a big home by himself. Though I did not get a chance to meet him when discussing this homes in Charleston SC value,  I knew I already would like him because he had several guitars, a drum kit and several other stringed instruments displayed almost like works of art in this fine home. I proceed to have a good listing appointment with the owner. While I am there I get to see something completely unique, but cannot discuss until a later blog post (sorry). These are some of the reasons I so enjoy selling homes in Charleston SC. I get to see interesting things, meet good people and most importantly, I get to help people buy and sell homes in Charleston SC.

This was just my morning. More on this home to come in future blog posts (Notice my feeble attempt to get you interested enough to check back and find out what turned up being really, really interesting when discussing this homes in Charleston SC value).

Next is lunch then off to a meeting that gets really interesting.

So, my question to you is this…

  • Will Hollywood come knocking one day?
  • Should I begin acting classes?
  • Pay for voice and dance lessons?
  • Find a manager and stylist?
  • Start shopping my content to producers looking to form a show based on selling homes in Charleston SC?
  • Or should I stick to just meeting sellers in their homes in Charleston SC and finding interesting things along the way?

Keep in mind, though this post may not have been the most exciting event in real estate history, I am building a character, a storyline, painting a picture of things to come with the series.

  • Will I ever meet this foreign multi-instrumentailst?
  • What did I really see at this home with a view?
  • What happens in the afternoon?.

You will just have to check back later on the next post. In the meantime, I will try to keep updating you on the fascinating things (wink! wink!) I do when selling homes in Charleston SC.
