Hi, I am Nat Wallen. My wife Hattie and I feel like we are the luckiest people in the world. We have two beautiful girls that are growing each day and seem to be turning out to be well mannered, loving and full of joy. Hattie grew up in Downtown Charleston and James Island, and I grew up in Mount Pleasant.

We live along the banks of the Ashley River in West Ashley in a mature neighborhood and are fortunate to have developed friendships with our neighbors and people that have children the same age as ours. With family on both sides of town, it is great to be able to share our days surrounded with people we care about and offer access to grandparents on a daily basis since all of them live nearby.

With a history of being a self starter and an entrepreneur in high school, Meet Nat WallenNat's successful career in real estate began as soon as he graduated from College. His strong organizational skills and goal oriented drive to succeed prompted him to build a system that allowed him to start from selling zero homes to quickly becoming the Top Real Estate agent in a company of over 1000 agents.  Additionally, he has been within the top 1% consistently in his marketplace of agents and within the top 1% of real estate sales professionals across the United States.

A True Charlestonian

You may not realize it with his accent, but Nat Wallen is a true Charlestonian. The reason he does not necessarily sound southern is because his grandparents moved from Greenwich Connecticut in the late 40’s to a gorgeous 1000 acre farm on Wadmalaw Island. This gave Nat the opportunity to have an incredible childhood growing up on a tractor on the weekends and summers, while also maintaining a more “normal Charleston life” of growing up in various neighborhoods and areas of the town. Nat is a true family man. With a lovely wife and his two beautiful daughters, Bella and Ruby, life in Nat’s house is full of flowers and princesses. His children have him wrapped around their little fingers but he feels that is okay because , as Nat says “in the blink of an eye, they will be in College”.
