If you are considering an investment property, the regimes in this area cover exterior maintenance, insurance, termite bonds and landscaping, so being an out of town owner is easily manageable from a distance while still providing a place to come, relax and slow down when needed.
Edisto Island homes start in the $200,000 range for condos and move into the $400,000 to $600,000 range for interior, getting slightly more expensive as yoy get closer to the beach. The beach front Edisto Island homes start at $800,000 and can move up to the 2-3 million marks depending on the quality and size of the home.
