If you are looking for a great place to live on the East Coast, the real estate Charleston SC offers is widely varied and very sought after. There are many great things happening in and around the area that not only brings millions of people to visit each year, but also brings a variety of industry and large companies to the area as well.
Charleston SC has been flourishing lately due to Boeing’s decision to build the Dreamliner here. Thousands of aerospace technicians and supporting employees have given Charleston the shot in the arm many cities would love to have in a downed economy.
I happened to meet a recruiter for Boeing and was fortunate enough to help her find a home. This connection has given me the opportunity to explain the area, and as a result I have met many great people from all walks of life.
This connection to Boeing not only has given me the opportunity to share what Charleston SC offers, it also has spawned new tools that help outsiders understand the area from a distance. I created a video tour of Charleston, that has morphed it’s way into a building catalog of video tours of each area.
These video tours explain the areas and what types of real estate Charleston offers based on the geography and the “lay of the land”. Farm properties in rural areas, beach houses, downtown Charleston historic homes; all of which can be found right here on this website.
So what is the best advice I can offer when considering the area?
Well, many people love the relaxed lifestyle. I would say position yourself close to work and the other circles you will be traveling each day. Soak up the relaxed pace by positioning yourself strategically to enjoy a minimum commute.
